    You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  2. Return Conditions
    The following conditions apply to returns:
    Items must be in new condition, unused, or damaged.
    Items must include all original accessories, tags, and packaging.
    Return requests must be submitted within 30 days, and will not be eligible for return after this period.
  3. Refund Process

    To obtain a return authorization: After review, a return authorization and specific return address will be provided.
    To return your item: Please ship your item back using the recommended shipping method. Please retain tracking information for easy tracking.
    Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. The processing time is generally 5-10 business days.
  4. Shipping Costs
    If the return is due to product quality issues (such as damage or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
    For returns not due to product issues, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
